Solution Architect (Hybrid)

### Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect to define and design end-to-end technology architectures across complex systems. This role ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with both business objectives and technical standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear architectural designs
* Produce architecture artefacts (high-level designs, component diagrams, interface specifications, ADRs)
* Define data, integration, and API models using modern architectural patterns
* Ensure security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles, aligned with compliance standards
* Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and governance areas
* Lead architectural reviews and support decision-making through structured analysis

### Requirements

* Proven experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven or service-oriented architectures
* Strong background in distributed systems, cloud solutions, and system integrations
* Proficiency in architecture modelling (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4)
* Solid understanding of identity management, security frameworks, and data governance
* Experience with both frontend and backend technologies (e.g., Angular, Java Spring Boot)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English
* EU Citizenship

### Nice to Have

* Experience in Public Sector projects
* Certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate

### Experience

* 5\+ years in architecture-related roles
