Responsibilities

* Act in application and integration architecture challenges, ensuring the definition and design of architectural solutions.
* Design and document solution architectures, ensuring alignment with functional and technical project requirements.
* Represent the solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a reference point for the involved teams.
* Collaborate closely with different stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills to explain, defend, and align architectural decisions.

Requirements

* Up to 10–15 years of experience in the role for the service to be contracted
* Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment with global teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to delivery quality
* Knowledge of the Energy \& Utilities market and GDPR
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence (valued)
* Language skills (written and spoken):

+ English (mandatory)
+ Portuguese (valued)
+ Spanish (valued)
* Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practices
* Experience using capability models
* Ability to produce executive-level presentations
* Autonomy to conduct business workshops
* Ability to build business cases to support decisions at top management level
* Experience in strategic-level architecture projects
