It is with great enthusiasm that we present the group Sublime Curated Hospitality. Currently, the group includes a range of distinct gastronomic concepts:

* Sem Porta, offering contemporary cuisine that blends international classics with Portuguese flavors, based on seasonal and sustainable products, in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
* Canalha Comporta, led by Chef João Rodrigues, a restaurant focused on proximity cuisine with a strong Portuguese identity and Iberian inspiration, where the daily menu is guided by the freshness of national products.
* Food Circle, an intimate and exclusive experience around fire cooking, featuring live cooking, ancestral inspiration, ingredients from the organic garden and local producers, with wine pairing included.
* Davvero, presenting a contemporary approach to Italian cuisine, centered on product quality and flavor combinations, in an elegant Mediterranean setting marked by the traditional Italian aperitivo.
* Beefbar, an international and cosmopolitan concept that combines sophisticated street food with premium meats from global origins.

The offer is complemented by a breakfast service focused on quality, freshness, and balance, as well as a bar dedicated to signature cocktails, reinvented classics, and personalized experiences.



We are looking to strengthen our team with:

SOMMELIER (M/F) Responsibilities:* Advise customers on wine selection, according to their preferences and food pairing;
* Present the wine list, providing information on varieties, characteristics, and prices;
* Ensure wine service across all outlets, guaranteeing proper temperature, glassware, and service standards;
* Manage stock and proper storage of wines;
* Train and support the service team in wine knowledge;
* Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with HACCP, health, and safety standards;
* Handle customer complaints and requests, promoting an excellent experience;
* Participate in internal training sessions, tastings, and special events (wine dinners, tastings).



Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining;

Strong knowledge of national and international wines;

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence;

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic environments;

Team spirit, autonomy, and strong organizational skills;

Proactive attitude, resilience, and a continuous desire to learn.
