Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.

YOUR IMPACT

You will work out of one of our offices in London, Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, or Poznan as a part of Optimize, McKinsey’s global procurement capability, enhancing and protecting the firm’s resources and reputation by making responsible buying easy and creating leading solutions and experiences across our third-party ecosystem.

We are hiring a Specialist for the Portfolio Adoption \& Performance (A\&P) team. This team is responsible for leading and managing the adoption and change management efforts of Optimize’s responsible buying channels and processes.

You will report to the Manager of Portfolio Adoption and work closely with colleagues across the Adoption \& Performance team, as well as with Optimize initiative owners and other firm stakeholders. You will support the design and execution of change management strategies across Optimize’s responsible buying processes, policies, and Third Party Management initiatives. You will partner with initiative teams to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of change interventions across the portfolio.

You will turn Optimize priorities into executable change plans across initiatives and lead execution, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communications, and adoption tracking. You will also support continuous improvement of the team’s Adoption playbook, tools, and tracking to ensure consistent execution.

Your work will accelerate adoption of responsible buying practices and strengthen the impact of the Adoption as a centralized capability within Optimize.
