We are looking for Stage Builders to support the setup and dismantling of stages and scaffolding structures for events across the Netherlands and Belgium.

The role involves working as part of a team to ensure structures are built safely and efficiently before events and taken down afterwards.

This is a physical role that includes working both on the ground and at height.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle stages and scaffolding
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team on event sites
• Support general setup and breakdown tasks

Working Hours

• Average 40 hours per week
• Shifts between 8–12 hours depending on project needs

Requirements

• Experience in construction, scaffolding, or similar work
• Comfortable working at height
• Physically fit
• Good English communication skills
• EU/EEA nationality
• Driving licence required
