The project: Mace consult is delivering a landmark national infrastructure programme in Lisbon - a multibillion‑euro, multi‑modal transport investment that will shape the city for generations. We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to lead the stakeholder engagement strategy and ensure effective communication and coordination across all internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for:* Delivering a range of stakeholder and communications activities on assigned commissions, working with guidance and mentorship from senior management.
* Supporting the implementation of specialist frameworks and strategies across the programme.
* Building strong working relationships with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Monitoring and deliver the requirements set out in stakeholder and communications management plans, including reporting and performance reviews.
* Contributing to the development of stakeholder engagement and communications methodologies.
* Enhancing integration between core disciplines such as Stakeholder Management, Communications, Consents and Interface Management.
* Ensuring all Stakeholder and Communications activities align with the Mace control centre, client requirements and relevant legislation.
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in ways of working.
* Supporting the delivery of wider strategic objectives for your area, unit or discipline.
You’ll need to have:* Experience in construction or consultancy with PMO/Project Controls exposure.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in key digital tools.
* Foundation‑level project management qualification and relevant degree or equivalent.
* Interest in data analytics and pursuing professional membership/chartered status.
