Village Camps is looking to hire an Adventure and Activity Counsellor to join the staff team from 28th June- 2nd August 2026 at our summer camp programme in Santa Cruz, Torres Vedras, Portugal. (35 minutes north of Lisbon).

Salary euros 375 net per week plus all meals and accommodation on campus is provided.

The Adventure and Activity Counsellor will be required to supervise international campers from 13- 17 years during various beach activities, adventure activities and sports.

As we are working with children, all applicants must provide a clean criminal record check before the start of the summer programme. Applicants must be Portuguese passport holders or EU passport holders who are currently legally residing in Portugal and have the relevant NIF and social security codes.
