As a People Admin Operator Trainee, you will support the HR Administration team in daily operational and administrative activities while gaining hands‑on experience in People & Organization processes within a global environment.
You will collaborate with the team to ensure accurate employee data, support basic HR administration, and learn how HR services are delivered across different countries and stakeholders. We are looking for someone with... Must have:
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar
- Strong interest in HR Administration / People Operations
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- English level sufficient to participate in the selection process
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Interest in HR systems and digital tools
- Previous academic or internship experience in administrative roles
