Essential skills:

• Professional experience (3-5 years) in a System Analyst roles or similar;
• Analyze current systems and business processes to identify improvements and optimisation opportunities;
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications;
• Support solution design and implementation, working closely with development and cross-functional teams;
• Produce documentation and ensure ongoing support, performance monitoring, and change management for systems;
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
