Typical Accountabilities:

  • Helps gathers external business market information and supports lead in advising Recruitment Partners about specific needs and opportunities to support staffing plans and functional requirements
  • Researches and evaluates marketing and recruitment sources, (professional/educational institutions, job fairs, web sites, publications, specialist search consultants and researchers)
  • Supports marketing and sourcing policies, plans and programmes as appropriate to support the sourcing business needs
  • Carries out recruitment campaign plans including selection criteria, candidate sources, timelines, and diversity
  • Helps develops and implement comprehensive search strategies for specific hiring projects
  • As appropriate, uses Internet job postings to identify and attract candidates
  • Actively seeks out and utilises other sources of candidates as appropriate
  • Helps identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength and fitness of the candidates in the pool to meet business needs
  • Helps maintains and advise on candidate pool data, selection process, costs and documentation of resources and effectiveness of process and tools
