Your mission will be…

* Lead a team of 10-15 employees focused on Order Management operations, ensuring high-quality execution of key processes;
* Develop strategies to achieve team targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by the Service Line Manager;
* Manage hiring, team structure, and employee development strategies to foster growth and enhance skillsets;
* Oversee day-to-day operations by planning, monitoring, and optimizing tasks and deliverables to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
* Drive team adherence to compliance standards, business rules, and company policies, ensuring customer orders and contracts are processed accurately and in a timely manner;
* Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer or stakeholder inquiries, driving resolution through collaboration with business units, warehouses, factories, and other departments;
* Drive innovation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance operational workflows while partnering with digital teams to implement new tools and technologies.
* Lead by example to inspire team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.



We are looking for someone with…
* + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
+ Professional experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably within MSD or similar global operations, combined with international and intercultural exposure.
+ Proven experience leading operational or project teams, ideally within a shared service or process-driven organization.
+ Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
+ Fluent written and spoken Italian and/or French is considered an advantage.
+ Demonstrated track record in digitalization, tool implementation, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects, with measurable impact.
+ Experience driving transformation and change management, ensuring adoption of new processes, standards, and technologies across teams.
+ Structured working style, with strong communication, moderation, and presentation capabilities.
+ Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
+ Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, thriving in team environments and cross‑functional settings.
+ Flexibility and availability to travel, when required.
