Job Description

Support the creation, maintenance and delivery of legally compliant product, software and/or service documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, usability and timely delivery. Support management of outsourced translation of technical documentation and other product/software technical content.

* Support in creating, maintaining and assuring accuracy, consistency, usability and timely delivery of technical documentation for customer products, software and services, according to internal and external standards, meeting legal and certification requirements and ensuring its review and approval by the relevant stakeholders.
* Support in managing outsourced translation and proofreading process of technical documentation and other product/service technical content.
* Support the release product certification information in the corporate website.
* Support in delivering technical documentation by preparing for multichannel publishing of technical documentation, including print production, web, software and app releases.



Qualifications

* Academic Degree preferably in Language Sciences, Technical Communication, or Engineering Degree with experience in technical communication
* Relevant understanding of technical writing and editing, and/or ability to understand and communicate complex technical content;
* Relevant understanding in project management of product documentation;
* Relevant understanding of working directly and communicating with hardware or software engineers and other SMEs;
* Experience or relevant understanding of content management systems, and/or authoring tools, and/or translation tools;
* Relevant understanding of automation and/or usage of AI in Technical Communication.
