- Your Mission
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support users of a medical device platform, ensuring a high level of service and technical assistance.
- Your Responsibilities
* Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with device usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues
* Handle inquiries related to healthcare products and services
* Guide users step-by-step and ensure issue resolution
* Escalate complex cases when needed
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Your Profile
* Native or fluent English (C1/C2)
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support
* Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or technology
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
