##### **The Role**
As our Telco VAS Product Manager \- Roaming Services, you will bridge the gap between complex carrier capabilities and our commercial product vision. You are the architect of our Service Catalog, ensuring every roaming agreement is translated into a high\-performing reality for our global users.
##### **Key Responsibilities**
* Design and govern the Master Service Catalog, ensuring technical attributes like speeds, SLAs, and coverage are documented and version\-controlled.
* Lead technical "Sanity Checks" between carrier contracts (IR.21s) and actual network provisioning to eliminate service gaps.
* Coordinate cross\-functional launches, acting as the lead expert to ensure new products utilize optimized, existing "catalog blocks."
* Drive knowledge transfer by transforming dense carrier specifications into digestible training modules and "Cheat Sheets" for commercial teams.
* Manage internal technical bulletins, proactively notifying the organization of upgrades, sunsetting features, or changes in service availability.
* Partner with Business Development to ensure new initiatives integrate smoothly into our global operations ecosystem.
##### **Qualifications**
* Strong background in Mobile Roaming technologies (GRX/IPX, VPLMN, 3G to 5G core networks).
* Deep understanding of Packet Switching and Telco protocols (Diameter, Radius, DNS, GTP).
* Expertise in ITIL practices and managing technical Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Fluency in English; ability to communicate complex technical data to non\-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with eSIM and SIM technologies (SM\-DP\+, IMSI, RDP).
##### **Good to have**
* Professional certifications in Service Management (ITIL) or Project Management.
* Proficiency in Spanish or other additional languages.
* Advanced degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
