Position Overview
The Manufacturing Technician supports post‑harvest production activities in a GMP‑regulated environment, ensuring that plant materials are processed, handled, and documented according to established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Trimming and sorting plant material with care and accuracy
* Supporting drying and curing processes
* Weighing, packaging, and preparing finished product
* Handling materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination

GMP Compliance

* Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Maintaining proper hygiene and gowning practices
* Keeping work areas clean, organized, and audit‑ready

Documentation \& Recordkeeping

* Recording weights, quantities, and process steps in real time
* Completing batch and production records with precision
* Reporting deviations or issues promptly to supervisors

Cleaning \& Equipment Care

* Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
* Storing tools and materials properly after use

Quality \& Safety

* Identifying and reporting quality concerns
* Following all safety guidelines and using required PPE

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or other regulated environments (preferred but not required)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow procedures consistently
* Solid teamwork and communication skills
* Basic record‑keeping ability
* English‑speaking required
* Portuguese is a plus for team communication

Working Conditions

* Controlled indoor production environments (drying rooms, processing rooms, etc.)
* Tasks may involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive manual work
