About the Role

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable transformation program managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered business systems.

What You Will Do

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to transformation program management, change leadership, process optimization, and practical aspects of driving organizational change
* Evaluate AI responses for business accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world transformation requirements
* Draft realistic transformation scenarios based on your direct professional experience
* Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. program manager, executive sponsor, cross-functional lead, or stakeholder)
* Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated business content

In simple terms:

You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true transformation program management, authentic business documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than leading traditional transformation programs, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about organizational change at scale.

Who You Are

* A senior-level transformation program manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
* Experienced in designing, managing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives in complex organizations
* Skilled at evaluating program processes, business requirements, and organizational dynamics
* Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
* Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
