Transformational Manager

Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site / Hybrid)

Reporting to: Country Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Transformational Manager to lead and deliver key strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in driving financial, operational, and behavioral change, ensuring the company is ready for new tools, processes, and ways of working.

You will design and lead transformation projects end‑to‑end, applying change management principles, improving business processes, strengthening data quality, and partnering closely with cross‑functional leaders to ensure sustainable impact.

This is a high‑visibility role for a hands‑on leader who thrives in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

What you will do

  • Lead and deliver strategic transformation projects, from design through execution and implementation
  • Manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
  • Design and implement change management strategies, including:

+ Stakeholder analysis and alignment
+ Communication and engagement plans
+ Organizational readiness and training solutions
+ Success metrics and long‑term sustainability measures

  • Prepare the organization for new tools and process designs, including:

+ Change impact assessment
+ Data cleansing and quality initiatives
+ Process alignment and adoption

  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Services, Finance, Impact & Learning, and other key functions
  • Own and deliver Fiscal Year strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Improve and embed grants management and operational processes for new activities
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and increase efficiency
  • Develop and manage a data quality improvement roadmap, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Own the budget for your projects, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across your work
  • Act as an engaged and collaborative team member, contributing to learning and development across the organization

You will ideally have

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or project management
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and organizational transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make sound, data‑driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Experience improving process efficiency, data quality, and operational performance
  • Solid financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L and financial statements
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment
