This is a full\-time, **hybrid position** (2x per week in the office) located in **Lisbon**. **Requirements:** * Experience with UAT test delivery, in a waterfall environment in insurance projects; * Experience overseeing test teams, and assuring project delivery, including hybrid onshore/offshore teams; * Experience in the planning and delivery of test initiatives for complex programmes; * Experience in implementing processes to deliver high quality test artefacts to support test delivery (Test Prep, Execution, Reporting \& Closure); * Must be comfortable with complex projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, with gaps in documentation available (user stories missing detail and acceptance criteria, etc), with high number of Change Requests submitted throughout delivery and test phase; * Must be comfortable with the need to replan often and to review the approach to accommodate for delays in delivery of some requirements, etc; * Solid experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel and Power BI.
