**Job Description:** Le Volontariat International en Entreprise (V.I.E) est un programme international unique, parrainé par les ministères français de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, de l'Économie et des Finances, ainsi que de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires. Un poste de V.I.E pour un Analyste Conformité (Compliance Analyst) est à pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Portugal à Lisbonne, Portugal. Vous rejoindrez le département Finance d'Airbus. Le département Finance (AGF) d'Airbus GBS est chargé de maintenir et de produire toute la documentation légale et interne pour l'entité locale. En rejoignant notre équipe, vous observerez de près la trajectoire financière et l'impact de nos collaborateurs. De plus, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'AGSF, le département d'analyse financière des fournisseurs chargé de surveiller la santé des fournisseurs les plus critiques d'Airbus, ce qui vous permettra d'interagir avec les cadres dirigeants (C-Level) de certains de nos principaux fournisseurs. **Missions et responsabilités** **Vos principales tâches comprendront :** * Aider à l'analyse, la préparation et l'exécution de diverses activités : contrôles internes, ERM (gestion des risques d'entreprise), contrôle des exportations, obligations légales, protection des données, éthique et conformité, système de gestion de la qualité. * Aider à l'analyse et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux projets. * Soutenir les activités quotidiennes de la Conformité au sein du département Finance d'Airbus Portugal. * Soutenir les activités quotidiennes du département Finance d'Airbus Portugal, telles que l'analyse financière, la Conformité étant intégrée à l'équipe Finance. * Ce rôle impliquera des déplacements professionnels trimestriels en Europe ; vous devez donc être en mesure de voyager en conséquence. **Compétences requises** **Vous possédez les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :** * Titulaire d'un Master (ou équivalent) en Management, Droit, Économie ou dans une discipline connexe. * 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en Audit interne/externe, Conformité ou Juridique (alternances et stages inclus). * Connaissance de Microsoft Office et de la Google Suite. * De plus, vous êtes capable de démontrer les compétences suivantes : * Bonnes capacités de communication et d'organisation. * Grand souci du détail et esprit d'analyse. * Gestion des parties prenantes (Stakeholder Management). * Proactivité. * Compétences linguistiques : niveau avancé en anglais. A VIE for a Compliance Analyst has arisen within Airbus Portugal in Lisbon, Portugal. You will join the Airbus Finance department. *The Finance Department (AGF) of Airbus GBS is in charge of maintaining and producing all legal and internal documentation for the local entity. Joining our team, you will see first-hand the financial trajectory and impact of our people. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with AGSF, the Supplier Financial Analysis department in charge of monitoring the health of Airbus’ most critical suppliers, allowing you to interact with C-Level executives of some of our top suppliers.* **Tasks & accountabilities** **Your main tasks will include:** * Help in the analysis, preparation and execution of diverse activities: internal controls, ERM (enterprise risk management), export control, legal obligations, data privacy, ethics&compliance, quality management system. * Help in the analysis and implementation of new projects. * Support in the day to day activities of Compliance within Airbus Portugal Finance department. * Support in the day to day activities of Airbus Portugal Finance department, such as financial analysis, since Compliance is within the Finance team.
