We are currently carrying out a recruitment process to work as a VTC driver in Oslo for a mobility company specialized in high-quality VTC services for private and corporate clients.

We are looking for VTC drivers to work in Norway (Oslo area), with very good salary conditions and accommodation included.

Main duties:

• Drive VTC vehicles in the Oslo area.
• Pick up and transport passengers safely and on time.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Take care of the vehicle and comply with traffic regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid category B driving licence (minimum 2 years of experience recommended).
• Previous driving experience (VTC, taxi, delivery or similar) is an asset.
• Basic level of English is highly valued (other languages will also be considered).
• Good appearance, responsibility and strong customer service skills.
• Availability to live in Oslo.
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence for drivers (CAM - Certificado de Aptidão de Motorista / CAP / Code 95)

Conditions and benefits:

• Gross salary between €3,500 and €4,500 per month, depending on performance and type of driving (€42,000 – €54,000 gross per year).
• Approximate net income between €2,500 and €3,500 per month.
• Accommodation included in Oslo: individual bedroom in a shared flat (shared common areas).
• Additional NOK 3,000 per month for food.
• Feriepenger (summer holiday pay according to Norwegian regulations) of approximately €4,500–€5,500 in June/July each year.
• Employment contract in Norway and the possibility of long-term stability.
• Work with a modern fleet of cars.
