WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll be at the heart of the guest experience at Locke de Santa Joana, delivering service that is warm, polished, and genuinely memorable. Here's what that looks like day to day:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised dining experience to every guest, from greeting through to farewell, ensuring every moment counts.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the food and drink menu, including daily specials, allergens, and beverage pairings and share that knowledge with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests, preferences, and any concerns with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care.
• Set up and maintain impeccable table and floor presentation before, during, and after every service.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the bar team and kitchen to ensure smooth, well-timed, and seamless service throughout the venue.
• Support the wider front of house team during service, stepping in where needed and always keeping the guest experience front of mind.
• Handle bill payments and transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining full accountability at all times.
