ABOUT CREW À LA MODE
Founded in 2009, Crew à la Mode is a London-based apparel and lifestyle agency specializing in luxury performance clothing for the superyacht, private aviation, and high-end hospitality industries. The company offers both collections from core suppliers and its in-house brand, CALM by CREW, consciously produced and distributed via its EU warehouse in Portugal.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
* Fluent English for daily communication with the UK team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently across various projects.
* Proficient in GOOGLE WORKSPACE and WMS Systems
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
MAIN DUTIES
Picking/Storage
* Picking stock
* Packing and labelling of picked goods
* Record and communication with Warehouse Team Lead about all the picking activities
* Update of all stock files/systems
* Goods storage
* Stock checking and adjusts
Goods In/Goods Reception
* Unloading goods from couriers/factories
* Count and check each item received against packing lists from suppliers (production, purchasing) or clients (returns). (quantities, sizing item description, style, colours)
* Record and communication with Warehouse Team Lead about all the Goods In activities.
Goods Out/Goods Dispatch
* Shipments checking against delivery notes for clients. (quantities, sizing, item description, style, colours)
* Communication with Warehouse Team Lead and CS Team about all the shipments checking (discrepancies, box count, delivery address).
* Shipments preparation. (labels, documents, weights)
* Shipments loading
General
* Physical movement of all the picked goods around the Hub
* Keeping all areas clean and tidy
* Re-packing, re-labeling of goods.
* Transporting goods/resources to and from factories/suppliers/airport
* Warehouse reorganization and restructure
