About the role

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Web Analyst to lead and manage the Analytics ecosystem of our international organization. This role will own the end-to-end digital measurement framework with a strong focus on the Google Marketing Platform and related technologies - AdTech knowledge is a plus.

Main responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain tracking codes, tags, and events using Google Tag Manager to track user behavior, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Configure and set up Google Analytics 4 properties and ensure accurate data collection for web and mobile applications.
  • Focus on performance, understand the performance impacts that tags may have on the Website loading.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to gather tracking requirements and implement tracking solutions accordingly.
  • Communicating with clients/stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Create customized reports and dashboards in GA4, drawing up documents to present data and ensure the implementation of data visualization strategies.
  • Conduct audits of web analytics to ensure tracking tags are functioning and feeding respective reports.
  • Presents the actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders using business-friendly presentations and ensure that deliverables are in accordance with business expectation and business need within time and cost constraints.
  • Drive the requirement definitions, providing guidance on site tagging structures and strategies ensuring accurate tracking and measurement.
  • Identifies and proposes potential improvements to processes, methodologies, and analysis to ensure that they are constantly adapted to business requirements.
  • Ownership of Google Tools (GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console, Firebase, BigQuery, Google Maps, etc.)
