Position Summary

The Website Services Project Manager manages and supports digital program for Nestlé businesses and/or markets to ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished; is the main interface between the Business, the markets, the agencies (creative, UX, SEO, technical...), the Nestlé IT and the Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) Website & D2C Service operation team; and takes ownership of the websites success and act as an extension of the business team.

A day in the life of...

• Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites in scope by understanding business needs, ensuring implementation (by NGBS Website Optimization Service team or external partner) and reporting on project status and results
• Website new features: Ensure needs are properly understood by implementation partner (agency or internal) - Website new features: Ensure partner creates and run proper tests (incl. functional tests)
• Website new features: Build and deliver training to markets on newly build feature- Coordinate business requests with other Website Optimization services resources (Content, SEO, Analytics)- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, present actionable insights to business- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
• Organize team ways of working (meet targets and goals, provide FTR solutions, follow estimates and deadlines)
